SHOW AND TELL
Kind Deeds!
One day, 14 years ago, Bernadette Russell did something kind; she paid for someone’s stamp. It made her feel so good, that she decided to do a tiny kind deed every day! Since then, she’s written six books and done lots of lovely things, and her favourite was giving a ukulele lesson to a friend’s grandad!
She says all you need is courage to do something kind. Could you do a kind deed each day like Bernadette?
Well done everyone!

Self-Kindness tip of the month:
Did you know that doing two simple things when you are feeling stressed, can really help to relax your body? First, relax your shoulders – bring them right down from your ears. Then, simply relax your jaw and tongue – and you will feel instantly more relaxed. It is an easy quick tip, and it even works at bedtime!
