Competition Time
There are lots of different ways to be kind…and we’d love to spread the word. Working with The Happy Newspaper, we are creating a set of ‘Favourite Ways to Be Kind’ postcards. But we need your help!
What is your favourite way to be kind? Tell us by writing and illustrating a postcard in the space provided. 10 designs will be chosen to be part of a ‘Favourite Ways to be Kind’ postcard set that will be on sale in the Happy Newspaper shop! All profits from the postcard set will be donated to the 52 Lives charity. Each of the winning entries will also receive their very own postcard set!
Deadline: 31st May 2024

Self-Kindness tip of the week:
The theme for this month’s Mental Health Awareness Week is all about moving our bodiesmore – so we would like you do just that! Think about how to make moving more part of your daily routine. Have a dance in the kitchen before school, take your dog for a longer walk, park and stride/walk to school…and notice how good it feels!
